This monopod is great. It’s not super expensive and it gets the job done. I really didn’t want an expensive one because I knew I wouldn’t use it tons (though given how much I’m pleased with this, I might now). The extension to almost 6 feet is great for whenever you need to see above crowds, or anywhere you need to raise the camera/camcorder high enough to get that shot.
