Anyone knows the voltage and amphere of the green & red wire in the Sony sdm-m81 LCD adapter (AC-V018G)?

The adapter is spoilt and has a 4 pin connector to the monitor. Within that 4 pin, there is a green wire, red wire, a ground wire and a earth wire.

According to this it is 18V and 4A. Very high amps for a power supply. Make sure you meet both ratings if you try another one.

That was a link to one for 49.00. I don't have one so i can't help you more than that, sorry.

How would you rank these six alternative "systems" for using legacy/manual lenses on modern DSLR's?

I know that some will question the usefulness of this question, and that's fine, but for my own reasons I would still like to ask the question, so please bear with me...

The FD lenses (Canon) even with a "glass free" converter will result in a lens that can't focus to infinity.

James Y

Ohh my. I don't think many people with that kind of knowledge are hanging around yahoo answers :P

I can't help you with the lenses and things, BUT....

Photo quality is generally the same between Canon and Nikon DSLRs.

Sony Reader Wi-Fi PRS-T1WC (white)

19.10.11
Consider the 2010 Sony Readers : the models pioneered e-ink touch screens months before the Nook and Kobo , but they inexplicably omitted Wi-Fi from most models--instead requiring readers to tether to a PC and download new e-books. It offers access to large catalog of e-books, magazines, and newspapers via Sony's online store, plus online loaners from your local library, has support for EPUB files, and is compatible with any e-book store that uses the Adobe DRM format. The Sony Reader Wi-Fi PRS-T1 is a compact and lightweight touch-screen e-book reader. It's hard for some people to imagine, but Sony was the first major brand to offer an e-book reader back in 2006--beating the original Amazon Kindle to market by at least 14 months. Those Sony Readers were also priced far above competing Kindle and Nook models at the time.
